Due to all Flam’z items being customizations, we do not accept refunds but do exchange, if eligible. At Flam’z, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. All the items are checked carefully right after production and at the time of dispatch. We also provide guarantee that items are highly unlikely to have a manufacturing fault. You are encouraged to check the item as soon as it has been delivered to you. If you think that the item has a manufacturing fault, to address the issue, please contact email@example.com and attach some clear and bright photos showing the fault immediately after receiving the delivery. If there is a such manufacturing fault, we then will notify our workshop of the problem and organize the exchange or return of your item(keep in mind that your request should be made within seven days of delivery and item should be received within 30 days from authorization issue, if eligible). Customers are responsible for all charges (shipping costs) regarding an exchange or return.
